    Segue...

    I did a straight through stint of 1 WATP 15 min video (the fastest I have) followed by another 15 mins of a dancing video.

    Edited to add: Sadly, had to cut short my walking time for Mileage Challenge. Not sure if that's allowed. If not, then I'll plan better next time.

    40 minute walk with dog (we did some running, very short stints!! to make up for all the dog stops...)

    you did fine! what wouldn't be allowed? you did 30 minutes and and mileage can be added to the other challenge. how ever you want to add it all up.
    but like i said YOU DID FINE and have earned the badge for this challenge!

    i had to break my 30 minutes into segments. we got 2 truckloads of wood today and both had to be split. so, dh loaded wood to the splitter and i took the split pieces to the racks. fast paced because he was splitting faster than i could stack. with the remaining time i needed to do i biked for 10 minutes {plus 5 extra}. i biked faster and upped the tension 1 notch which helped get the heart pumping a bit faster
