I did Jillian two days and still feel it. Guess I needed to get back to some more serious strength exercises. it is grey and cooler today so maybe I will bike. It is not that windy. Weight has come down to under 110 again... where I want it. I have not done anything drastic... just cutting out overeating. It is especially pb that gets to me. I have a love hate relationship to that stuff.
