    At 198.8 today so holding steady. Having one of those long drippy rain days here today. Looks like an indoor workout day.

    199.2 today. I ate heavy last night so I could do the 24 hour fast til dinner tonight. Got in a 3 and 1/2 mile walk tonight. Hoping I will see a drop tomorrow. If I don't I know it's coming sooner or later.

    197.8 this morning. Not a big drop, but a drop none the less. I'll take it. Puts my BMI below 31. One point to go to get into the "Overweight" range.

    Down a tiny bit to 197.5 Thinking my weight loss is starting to slow perhaps. Not a surprise. Walked 2.5 miles alast night but could not keep up on my usual pace without the HR blowing up. I had done a Lower body workout a couple of hours earlier with an increase in weights. Maybe too much too soon. Hoping thats all it was.

    So far every time I think things will slow down i end up with a whoosh out of nowhere -- not complaining. 24 and 36 hour fasts have been jumpstarting things when I havent had a loss in awhile too. This week I am babysitting and thats usually good for a nice drop. I move alot following a toddler around. 16K steps today.
