    Thanks droplbs, nice to see another visitor. Margie was here for awhile but she is MIA at the moment. This is still my weight loss "home" so I'm here frequently and checking on things and sometimes revisiting old needed posts.

    Weight up a pound again. Aw well. Good food today, lower than I have been in calories. 2.25 mile walk and 45 minute lower body and ab workout

    weight down a pound again. yeesh. Had a good solid upper body workout today with heavier weights and fewer reps and was able to finish all sets. I am already sore but it was a great feeling to know I am stronger than before. The switching to lower weight and higher reps definitely did not hurt my progress.

    back down to 194.8 today so not too shabby. The body and scale like long walks. Did 2.75 miles yesterday at a 4 MPH pace. Just got to keep pushing

    194.2 yesterday and a bump to 195.2 today. Normal pattern. Cool today so will try to walk this morning.

    Still hovering at 195.2 but I have had a couple days of less than stellar exercise due to....life. So not complaining. Made up for it yesterday and today. Back on track.
