    Candy, I was a town kid who loved horses but could never have one. When in college I would walk 1/2 mile to the bus, ride 40 minutes then walk 2 miles up the road so I could muck out stalls and groom horses for 2 hours so I could then ride for an hour or so. Worth every minute of it. We have our choice of mounts. I rode everything from a quarter horse to a retired Thoroughbred to a Clydesdale!!! Loved them all. My favorite was a bay mare who was soo smooth and just a great horse all around. If I had a horse I would never need a gym either, you're a lucky lady! <3

    194 even this morning so the recent gains are still coming off nicely. Getting 100% back on track has been tough this week---evenings are the worst but it is definitely working. Had a really solid upper body workout yesterday and a 2.5 mile cardio walk. Keeping the momentum going.

    Have been thinking about a turkey zucchini lasagna all week. Made it last night and the flavors were good but I made the zucchini slices too thick---really need to get a mandolin. Weight up a few ounces but expected with such a heavy dairy dish. Hoping to get in a nice long walk today and lower body workout tonight.

    Yesterday I did 3.5 mile walk at close to a 4 MPH pace and a solid lower body workout. I also ate my secret weapon dinner of lean ground beef fried up with onion, red pepper, and green beans. Plain smple and clean and it did not dissapoint. New low of 193 even today. Officially down 60 pounds and 2 pounds away from being out of that OBESE category.

    Went on a mini quilting retreat with a friend. Got in some walking and ate well and had a couple days off of lifting. At 194.6 today but had crab cakes and steak last night so I am fine with that

    Well posting consistently in your own journal helps with accountability (at least it is helping me) and if a few start seeing activity, maybe they will come I am still seesawing but I can live with that for the time being. Sticking it out.
