    Breakfast
    2 eggs, 2 strips bacon, coffee

    Lunch
    SMall salad with lettuce, cuc, tomatoes, 1 oz cheddar and 3 oz turkey breast. O&V

    Snack 5 oz roast beef (I was starving at three - maybe the salad was too small)

    Dinner
    6 oz turkey, green beans and roasted cauliflower

    coffee

    70 oz water

    I was No longer OBESE. Just Overweight. I want to be back there again and am on my way.

    I always turn to fat when i am hungry. that works for me

    Uber hungry day and my calories were high. Carbs high too--around 30 but it could be worse and I am back on track tomorrow, for sure.Water a little low (54) just a not great day but its a blip.Looking at the big picture
