    Mar 10 and 13, PT and bike; Mar 14 Upper body

    #25, 3 x 15 dumbbell chest press
    #25, 3 x 15 DB bent over row

    #15 2 x 15 dumbbell flyes
    1 x 10 pushups

    30, 3 x 15 pullovers

    10, 1 x 15 Arnold press
    10, 1 x 15 Shoulder press
    10, 1 x 15 shoulder curls
    5, 1 x 15 each side and front lat raise

    Arms and lower body tomorrow.

    Mar 18 Upper Body - with good heavy weights and upped the set count by one just to push things a bit

    Lower body
    bridge curls on ball (20)
    Clamshells with resistance (20)
    leg lifts straight and to side with #5 weights
    standing leg curls with #5

    deadlift, #25 x20
    squats with 12.5 pounds x 20
    lunges on step 20
    side steps 2 minutes

    balance work with resistance band
    drinking bird with 12.5 (15)

    I am having to modify my workout do to a rib injury so I won't post till I get back to the regular routine. Just trying not to lose muscle by doing lighter weights and upping reps for now. Some things I cannot do at the moment but will salvage what I can til this rib heals.

    have been alternating the PT exercises and my upper body work. Using lower weights and higher reps to maintain tone till my rib heals. It is getting better so hope to be back at it all soon.

    Ive been working out but havent been recording it since I dropped to half weights and double the reps due to the rib injury but figured tonight I would post what I have been doing. Good workout tonight. Still getting a wee bit sore and do not think I am losing ground. Rib still aches a bit so not ready to lift heavy again yet

    tonight:
    DB chest press - 15 lbs 35 reps
    DB pullover - 15 lbs - 35 reps
    DB flyes - 10 lbs - 35
    DB bent over row - 15 lbs 35 reps

    Shoulder press - 5 lbs - 35
    Arnold press - 5 lbs 35

    DB curl 10 lbs - 35
    french press DB - 5s - 35
    Hammer curls 10 lbs - 35
    Skull crushers - 12.5 - 35 (up from 10 lbs- tough)

    bonus - 10 tricep dips
    10 angles pushups

    Sorry to hear about the rib injury.... You are still lifting impressingly. I am trying some but not that great. I will try to use your workout to get motivated!

    Thanks Liv. SOme days are easier to get motivated than others. I tried upping the weights to see where I am since the rib seems to be healed. Yesterday was upper body

    22.5 lb dumbbell chest press 1 x 30
    22.5 dumbbell bent over row 1 x 25
    25 lb pullivers 1 x 30
    12.5 lb db flyes, 1 x 30

    8 lb shoulder presses 1 x 30 ( one rest in middle)
    8 lb arnold presses 1 x 30

    12.5 lb curls 1 x 20
    8 lb dumbbells kickbacks 1 x 30
    12.5 lb hammer curls 1 x 20
    8 lb db frencg press 1 x 30
    12.5 lb defining curls
    8 lb db skull crushers 1 x 20

    12 angle push ups (I hve never been able to do pushups)
    and 10 tricep dips on bench

    Chest and back this morning and my PT exercises for my legs tonight

    Chest DB Press 25 lbs, 1 x 20, 1 x 19 just could not do that last one
    Pulllovers 25 lbs, 2 x 20

    15 lb. DB flyes, 2 x 20
    22.5 lb Bent over DB rows, 2 x 20

    12 angled push ups
