    Food was not much yesterday. Losing my appetite but that is affecting my strength for running. Will improve from today

    Ran 4km again; 300 jumping jacks, 90 secs planks, 12,203 steps
    Upped food a it yesterday. Almost crossed my carbs line. I joined a local challenge today and when I told the instructor about my food plan, the immediate reaction was how unhealthy it was. It is amazing how so many people still do not get the science behind this WOE.
    My ravings are reasonably curbed but I still long for some kind of a snack that isn't a protein. I will look through menus here for ideas

    206.2 just doesnt want to drop yet. Walked almost three miles and did a 1 hour upper body workout yesterday and nada. So I will keep drinking my water and workout again today and hope for a drop tomorrow. I will do a 24 hour fast this weekend if nothing budges.

    Day 6 to 10
    6 (1st July) net carbs 3.22, carbs 2% , protein 23%, fats 75% calories 1220, steps 13974
    7 (2nd July)net carbs 9.02, carbs 5, protein 19, fats 76, calories 1369, steps 12058
    8 (3rd July) net carbs 5.99 , carbs3, protein 34, fats 63, calories 1585, steps 12000
    9 (4th July) net carbs 12.73, carbs 3, protein 45 , fats 52, calories 2826, steps 9593

    Water has been above 64 oz on all days and ending more towards 84oz. I have been drinking at east 5 60cl bottles daily
    Jumping jacks and planks daily
    joined a new challenge to strengthen my core and that has been quite tasking
    Still running/walking an hour a minimum of 5 days daily

    I am beginning to feel a bit leaner with loser clothing. Plan next weigh in for day 14

    I plan to extend induction for two weeks also
    Macros look good but i did have a tiny glass of wine yesterday and some coconut yesterday. Not beating myself, just going to move on and do better.

    Very little exercise yesterday but ended the day with yoga, 360 jumping jacks and 150 seconds of planks

    300 cl water
    Energy levels have been low. Going to start taking some energizing teas from tomorrow. Some green matcha, maca powder and then some msm and collagen. Hopefully my energy levels pick up some
