    Thanks Jill, you have no idea how much that helped. I have stopped trying to catch up and just going at my own pace. I do what you do also. would rather not eat than eat bad. Then again, calories drop but I guess that is better than eating wrong.

    Went through my old journals. I have been on this journey since 2012!!! I am not sure how to unpack that fact. One one hand, it is indicative of a never ending cycle. On the other hand, it shows resilience and refusing to give up regardless of the falls. I will choose the latter. Another thought is, this is what actually works for me. I mean I saw a me at 79kg. It is amazing and I am gunning for it again.

    So my decision is to keep at it. Take it one day at a time (not too casually though) and believe for the best.

    I have been on and off the weight loss train since I was 8 years old. Thats 51 years. I first did Atkins in the 70s. It has always been the one WOE that worked as long as I worked it. I can honestly say Atkins never failed me, I failed it by not sticking to plan.

    I was No longer OBESE. Just Overweight. I want to be back there again and am on my way. Last time I went from 300 to 189.

    wow 51 years is a long time and you are absolutely right. The plan doesn't fail ever...
    I did not come back to out up my stats as promised. I didn't eat too well either. I had plantains on Sunday for whatever reason and some bean cakes on Saturday. Both not allowed for induction.
    Anyway I am back here this morning.
    The plan is to keep doing IF and Atkins.
    Plan to weigh in daily.
    I will stop now and go do a weigh in even though I have had water (quite a but today) but I need to keep to this plan
    So I am back to 100kg
    today is Induction day 1 of 30

    Now, when temptation hits to do something you shouldn't or not do something you should, just keep to the mantra "I am choosing to be better and stick to the plan" <3 You have a good well though out plan for the month. Stick with it and you are going to have a good month.
