So this becomes my new journal and I will be recording my new Atkins journey from today. I started my induction a few days ago but I haven't started as well as expected because I have not been able to meet the 20g minimum required on this phase. I realize this because I have started tracking my food daily.

I am hoping to get this down by today and to keep to this level for the next two weeks at a minimum

So my goals for the next two weeks (counting from tomorrow) are:
To track food daily
exercise 5 days a week
eat 20g of carbs daily
keep out my natural cheat meals and triggers (peanuts, coconuts and sugary snacks)
Drink 300cl water daily
Record my stats here daily
