  • *Plunks down and gets comfy* - I'm back...

    Hi all

    Guess it's my turn to come outta lurking mode and tell ya all that I've done cheated.....lots

    I had did really well my first time around loosing approx 20 lbs. Then I heard..."she shouldn't loose anymore....she doesn't need to loose anymore...etc...etc." Well I let that lil voice in me that wanted to believe them...believe them. That was at Halloween time. Guess who finished off the rest of the candy bars? That was my downfall, slowly I went back to all my bad eating habits.

    Finally decided enough was enough...I am tired of carrying all this extra weight around. Sooooo here I am and am so glad you've started this STAC.

    I've restarted induction as of the 9th and have lost 6 lbs so far. A bit slower than last time....but I'll take all I can get.

    Welcome aboard! Your story is, um, not unfamiliar to us! lol. Been there, done that, now doing THIS! You sound like you're doing well...any problems? Getting enough water? Are you exercising? Having trouble with carbs or anything?

          Good Morning!

          Thanks for the welcome. I've been doing good on my menus and water for the day. The thing that has probably held back my getting a quicker weightloss is my lack of exercise. Which.....I plan on changing starting today. I started out this morning with "Walk Away The Pounds - Walk and Jog" and "You Can Do!" - ABS Featuring the Stability Ball" both by Leslie Sansone. Usually I have trouble exercising as both knees cause me great discomfort to bend them (old age set in I believe ) and muscle cramps in my lower back (although I believe this will go away once I'm fitter) Both these tapes I did this morning though were GREAT! No knee pain and very little cramping in my back. I've never used a stability ball before. Went to blow it up yesterday....used the pump that came with it.....the ball got bigger and bigger...then stopped growing...I pumped with my hands...with my feet...ohhh for a good while....and still it got no bigger....found out the tube for the pump had cracked the length of the seam and the air was flowing out that! lol...figured that was my exercise for yesterday as I worked up one hecka sweat...

          Thank you all again for the welcome. Sure is nice having this place for support.
