For those of you who were disappointed about not losing much weight in week 3, go to NBC's Biggest Loser website. I just looked at the stats from all 4 weeks so far, and EVERY ONE of the people who had lost weight the first two week slowed down considerably in week 3.
These are people whose entire job 24-7 is to lose weight. If they don't overcome the week 3 blues, then we shouldn't pay too much mind to it either.
