    Default Goal: Lose 20 pounds by...

    I'm setting myself a little personal goal to lose 20lbs by August 17th. That will get me to my goal weight and a cool 2 weeks before my school starts again. From July 17th to August 17th i'm going to run a super strict induction to hit it into overdrive...until then i will stay on OWL, ya know give me 2 weeks to have a little lee-way :icondance . If anybody else wants to join this challenge then go right on ahead. :nod

    Count me in, Alan.... I need to lose 20 before August 18. (i'd really like more, but I was trying to stay realistic)/ I'll be travelling home to Detroit for the weekend, and want to look amazing when I go.

    Well basically just keep us posted and updated on your progression. A little later i think i'll make a topic in the journals and weigh-in section for the 20 by 8/17 Challenge.

    Anwayz...right now i'm down to 165, so i got 15 more pounds to go. :joy

    :nod I'm gonna start my super strict induction tomorrow rather than waiting for July 17th. I'm gonna stop eating the Atkins bars and try to cut out sugar alcohols and drinks with aspertame...wish me luck. :help

    Hey count me in as well. I would like to lose another 15 pounds by august 18th when i go back to school. I started on a clean induction plan yesterday and am hoping to keep it up until august. no more bars or diet cola, but it will be worth it if i can go back to school weighing 155.

    :wave I'll take that challenge (Clean Induction) with you guys. ..... Diet Coke has been my downfall lately. I haven't been consuming enough water, either. For the most part, I've been okay with the food aspect, so my beverage intake would be the biggest change.

    Welcome aboard to the new people in the challenge...soon i want to start friday or every 2 week weigh-ins to see how everyone's going.

    Anwayz...i just had my last Advantage bar...man i'm really going to miss those, but i know there's a pot at the end of the rainbow and i'll be really happy when i reach my goal weight. :nod
