  • ICES CHEAT FREE Challenge

    So here we are again another year down and another ahead and we want to make this our Best year ever Don't we WOOHOO Darn rights we do.

    I am starting this Challenge in Hopes that we can have some great Losses this month after the Christmas Season.

    Rule 1

    We stay Cheat Free

    Rule 2

    We Put a Line in ouur siggie Stating our Cheat free Days During the Challenge. Kinda Like this K
    ICES CF: 1 of 30 days January

    Common I know we can all do this and I think it's great Modivation Putting it in our Siggies.

    So Who's Gunna Join I dare ya to stay Cheat Free for 30 days it's only 30 days you can do it!!!

        Hey Sarah, definatly with you on the cheat free for another year babe. I just got your messages right now and sorry I haven't been in touch. My computer was screwed up and I haven't been on in a while. Let me tell you though if I can make it through the holidays without the support of ADBB then I can make it anywhere.

        I really missed you guys, but luckily we were able to fix the problem. I'm happy to say that I didn't cheat or anything, still going strong. I haven't been working out as much as I would like but i've been doing ok. I have lost more pounds and am now down at 179. I really wished I could have come on here and shared with you guys that day but the puter was giving us fits. Grrr!

        Ok, well anywho, things are good for now, I'm enjoying my time off from school and work so just hanging out with my family and friends a lot.

        How was everyone's Christmas and New Years?

          I want to join! I am ready to reach my first mini goal and get this weight loss jumpstarted! I want to stick to induction for at least this month, then hopefully move on to OWL.

            YAY that sounds sooo GReat I ahve no idea Where I am on the weight loss I know I haven't lost but, I haven't gained either my Hormones are screwey so I am up abpout 4 pounds as of now which is all right.

            Way to go on getting to the 170's WOOHOO that totally rocks.

            Allie (((HUGS))) Glad to have you here with us you're gunna do great in this little challenge I know it.

                        WOOHOOO Look at all teh Cheat Freerers How excellent I should count up all my Cheat free Days it would be like 400and something not too sure but 1 year and 2 months come the 6th WOOHOO. I am sooo Glad everyone is here and we can all do this together it's gunna be great.


                        I am sore from my BFL workout yesterday OUCh everything is sore it's all right did my 1 hour of cardio now I am going to get some whey Proitein Poweder from the city so I will be back in a bit.

                          Hi girlies! I am sooo sorry I have been gone without notice. I am doing well... stalled and I am sure its my fault, I am working on that... no cheats but I have been on vacation and did drink too much while gone... I will catch up with you soon, right now I am catching up with the laundry and such around the house, unpacking, etc.

                            YAY Rikkie I am sooo Glad to see you, I know what you mean playing catch up GRR it's such a chore for me I had like I swear 30 loads of Laundry have it pretty well caught up but, still have about 4 loads to go.                               Hey guys, welcome to all the newcomers!

                              I have had a couple of pretty good days, I too like Rikki did too much drinking over the holidays, no cheats, but too much alcohol and I can tell with the cravings. I have mad crazy cravings, like I haven't had since I started. I'm working through it though so no sweat!

                              One thing I noticed is that I'm starving all of the time! Yesterday I ate a ton of food and was still hunting for more, I just had to go to bed. Same thing today, but not as bad as yesterday.

                              I mentioned that I am down 6 pounds but I didn't mention that this was mostly due to illness. I was sick as a dog for about three weeks, it was awful. My body feels like about 90%, I'm not sick anymore but it has taken a toll. Shesh! Anywhoo I feel like I'm doing the right thing for my body today, eating right, drinking a ton of water, sleeping a lot, and resting. Not really doing much excercise right now, but you guys know me, all I need is a good kick in the butt and I'll be chomping at the bit.

                              Well I have to say that I really missed all of you while I was gone, it really was a huge eye openner into how much I rely on all of you to keep me going day to day. I love all of you, and want to thank you for your continous love and support.

                              Ok, I got to go I'm getting mushy over here.
