  • Sign up for 6 Week Exercise Challenge #24 Here!

    We've started into the last week of 6WEC#23 so it's time to get ready for the next challenge.

    6WEC#24 begins on Sunday, January 29th and runs through Saturday, March 11th.

    Sign up!
    #1. Tell us how many days a week you plan to exercise.
    #2. Make a note of your beginning measurements. You do not have to post them here if you aren't comfortable doing that. Just be sure to write them down someplace safe to compare with your measurements at the end of the challenge. Click here for a picture that shows you where to measure.

    -Under arms, around chest
    -Fullest part of chest
    -Ribcage
    -Waist
    -Hips
    -Upper arm x 2
    -Thigh x 2
    -Weight

    Don't forget to check in!
    #1. Look for the thread each day in this forum. It will be titled something like "6WEC#24, Week 1, Sun, Jan 29th."
    #2. Tell us whether you exercised, took a rest day or a sick day, or slugged it.

    *If you do not check in for 14 days in a row you will be sent a PM on this board. If i don't hear from you within a week you will be removed from the chart.

    Win something!
    #1. The 3 who lose the most will earn a ribbon. Its determined first by inches and then by pounds.
    #2. Those who complete all 6 weeks of the challenge without getting slugged will earn a slug free button. Sick days do not count as slugs.

    This is the chart where everyone can see if you're exercising or not.

                    Hooray! My first challenge - I'm so excited. I'm a newbie here on the boards and was feeling down because I missed boot camp and the body for life challenge. Please sign me up for 6 days a week. I'll post measurements on Sunday.

                    I've been reading so many posts and have come to the conclusion that you people are really great!

                          "Old Faithful is back again! But this time I have a double challenge!!!!!! Four of us gals are heading out to Ft. Meyers Fl. for a "girls week" April 1. My personal challenge is to look positively smashing in a bathing suit.
