Hello everyone.
Perhaps this has been covered somewhere on this board but I cannot find it. Does anyone know, in drinking diet cola, for example Diet Rite - in drinking one can, what is the Carb count equal? If anyone knows for sure, without guessing, please let us all know. I am just into my second week of induction, and would really like to drink a bit of cola, but have been religous about counting carbs. My mind wants to say 3 carbs per 12 oz can. Does that sound right? Essentially 3 packets?
Thanks everyone, I realize the collective knowledge of the users of this site is incredible.

Starting weight: 350
Height: 5'11''
Weight after first week 340!
Current Ketone Dump Level: "Moderate"
Currenlty ingesting 1600 calories a day, comprised of foods that all, generally speaking, fall into the Induction Phase parameters. Might go overboard on the cheese a little, and 3cup of lettuce rule, but doesn't seem to be effecting weight loss or Ketosis. Taking fiber pills so not constipated. Very encouraged with initial week's results...10lbs, wow.
