I know that I can use a bit more exercise in my life, in addition to water. I started doing the Walk Away the Pounds exercise system. I've only been doing it for a few days now, but I've gone from the 1 mile phase to the 2 mile phase. It feels great and you can do it anytime you want to you. I'm sure it will aid in my weight loss efforts. I'm working hard to change my lifestyle and my health for the better. Whose with me? ensive
