I don't know the carb count because most of the marinade is discarded, but I would say it's probably 1-2 carbs just to play it safe.
I topped the steak with salsa and sour cream and added avocado on the side, but my husband said it was so good that the other stuff wasn't necessary. Just the steak was great.
