Oh Please i need some motivation, i dont understand i have gained 4 pounds since i have started this rigorous jogging and Tea bo 5 times per week,
i do feel my legs are getting firmer and my stomach is tightening up but no weight loss....I want to look smaller..i just feel that when the scale says less u appear smaller...and i dont look any smaller since all this excersise.
i'm drinking plenty water, and i am begining to think my body want to stay at this weight.
i have actually even gotten the flu from all the working out but that hasnt stopped me
could i have gained 4 pounds of muscle?
please guys i need ur opinions
