Its a calorie burning challenge! I am going to collate all the number of calories everyone has burnt off and then report them back on a weekly basis, in table format so to speak.
Or something like that.

It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!
I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!
I'm in! I love watching my calories get burned up on the treadmill! Usually about 425 or so when I jog 3x a week.
