I made Chili for dinner and added 2 cans of tomato sauce to about 3 pounds of ground beef. I used two packets of the seasoning and didn't add any kidney beans (My kids won't eat it if I add the beans) am I allowed to have a small amount of this?

Re: Chili Question
Check the ingredients on your seasoning mix. As long as they are acceptable, yes you can have it. You'll need to count all the carbs and then divide the recipe so that you know the carb count for the portion you eat.

Re: Chili Question
Did you plug the ingredients into fitday.com and see what the numbers were like? Also, if the ingredients are legal and you are eating them within legal amounts, then the food is typically legal.~Megs~
