ADBB non-member MATE OF THE YEAR!!
Some members of the ADBB have a spouse, a boyfriend or girlfriend, a special buddy or friend, that do their best to support the low carb Atkins way of life.
Perhaps they have stood by your side congratulating you on your losses and helped keep the scale hidden. Maybe they helped you keep on track with exercise by going to the gym with you or buying you a great piece of exercise equipment.
Or maybe they kept the non-legal foods from sight and prepared some Atkins friendly snacks for you when you were on bed rest.
Perhaps they even sat quietly by while you tested your low carb recipes on them!
If this special person has been your biggest source of inspiration during your journey this year, this is your time to thank them for their support. Please nominate this special person for the annual
ADBB non-member MATE OF THE YEAR.
To nominate your dh, dw, so, bf, gf or best buddy/friend simply write a paragraph or two about them, and submit it to jimmie 48, through a private message. Nominations will be accepted through December 23, 2006 at which time they will be read and the winner will be decided by the Moderators and Administrators of the ADBB. The winning submission will be posted in the Main Forum and on the Portal Page during the last week of the year. The member with the winning submission will recieve a one year Supporting Membership subscription and a ribbon to display in their signature. {If the member is already a Supporting Member, the subscription will be added to their account)
