    From start to Goal!

    Okay, here are my starting pics and my goal pics. Actually, my starting pics were after I'd been on Atkins for a month or so....so I was actually a bit larger even. Scary. The goal pics were taken today, in my Victoria's Secret bathing suit that's actually a tad too big in the bottoms.

    Start Weight 268 lbs
    Goal Weight 185 lbs
    Start size 22, goal size 10-12

    Joy you look absolutely gorgeous! Your transformation is amazing, and I hope to god that someday I look as beautiful as you do in a bikini!

          You know....this forum is one of the public ones...yikes.

          Thanks, Julie. You keep it up and you'll be there in no time. I really do think I'm going to go for another 10 lbs....definitely going to go for 28% body fat. When I last measured I was at 33%.

          As you can see, I still have some room for improvement in my thighs...yet a lot of that is excess skin that I'm hoping will continue to tighten.

                    Hey Joy,

                    You are one of the first ones (before/after pictures) that caught my attention when I first came on this board a year ago. I am embarrassed to say that your start date was about 3 1/2 months before I started and now your awesome results let me see what progress I COULD HAVE POTENTIONALLY MADE had I stuck to this WOE.

                    You look wonderful! You have to be over the moon with the results of your hard work and dedication. Congrats again.....and congrats on approaching a year of not smoking as well!
