    pepsi one ( splenda )


    snack

    pork skins
    59 oz of water


    lunch

    2 burger patties ( wraped in lettus, avocado, tomato, cheese and purple onion)
    sugar free lemonaid


    dinner

    salmon ( butter, garlic and lemon)
    2 table spoons of cream cheese
    green beans and mushroom stir fry
    sugar free jello


    snack
    tofu, spianch and mushroom stri fry

    looks great, just beware on the s/f jello, i believe its sweetened with aspartame which may stall you!

    you said the lemonade was sweetened with splenda right? if so thas ok.... did you get your water in? 64oz plus a further 8 for every 25 pounds that you want to lose?
