    Hii!

    I don't know if i'm aloud to really do this or not but I am anyway -- So if I come on tomorrow and this thread is gone I will know why! hehe

    I've been kicking some major lately with Slim In 6, So I thought I would start my own little challenge. I have never stuck to it for six weeks like its intended for and I'd like to finally give it a try & making a thread and posting everyday is probably the only way I will stick to it!

    Of course, anyone who would like to join me can ~ Since I know alot of people use SI6 and there have been many challenges for it in the past....

    So -- I'm ready to begin!

          Thinking of diggin out my dvd... doing the c25k... abs, pushups, mileage... thinking of joining... I'll let ya know... I distictly remember being in some serious pain after the last time I did it! lol! kinda scared but man! misplaced southerner makes me want results! She's looking HAWT! she could be an advertisement for it! I'm tellin' ya!

            hey liz....slim in 6,,,,i LOVE to HATE it!!!! you are such a sweetie thanks! maybe that little squat **** will call me and ask me to be part of her back up band! whoo-hoo!!! oh that workout makes me say so many bad words....but it WORKS! no denyng! i hate doing it but i love the results....uuummm....maybe i will brush mine off too and not wait til october.......i'll look at it tonight. get myself revved up.....i'll let you know. i definitely need to charge the i-pod...the music on that dvd makes me wanna GAG!

                  HEY SPEEDY! yea i hate it but..it does work so i am in for sure. brook was talking about a new slim series that is 30 min. workouts. i don't have that one. just the original. is that what you are gonna do?

                    No i havent heard of that one? I will have to do a little research!

                    I'm just going to use the original 47 minute Ramp it up, and then maybe the last two weeks or so i will switch to Burn it up - if im still able to move around at that point - lol!

                    But 30 minutes sounds better!

                      I'll be putting in my time with Si6 and when those 6 weeks are over, I'll be doing the Slim Series Express.

                        Okay, once an idea gets planted in my brain, I stew over it.... chew on it... brew on it and pretty soon it's not so crazy anymore... count me in!!!! I'm totally excited about it now! But geez I guess I'd better find them first huh?! ... they're around here somewhere!
                        Misplaced... is it crazy to do the C25k at the same time... even if it is I'm gonna... but what do you think?

                          Liz, you're going to work yourself skinny!

                          I'm doing Power 90--another beachbody product--If you don't mind, I'd like to post here for the support--I'm almost at the halfway point, and sometimes it's just not that fun. I can sympathize with SI6, Misplaced Southerner and I suffered thru it together!

                            Hi! Just finished 'Start it up!' Yeah! My Daughter had my dvd's! Geez! Took her forever to dig them up and give 'em back! lol!
                            Well, feel good that I'm starting... disappointed it was only 25 minutes today... I'll do it again tomorrow and then move on to 'Ramp it up'. Whoo hoo! here we go!

                              LOL. I have the old Start It Up version. That one ran 52 minutes!!

                              I finished RIU today and had my handed to me. I made it through to the leg curls and that's when I got dizzy and threw up. Yep. I . Oyy. I am SO out of shape. I worked way harder than I should have, and believe you me....I'll be adjusting intensity level come tomorrow. I marched in place to bring down my heart rate, chugged some water - posted in my journal about how irritated and ashamed I am at and of myself for allowing myself to get this out of shape, and then went down and finished the workout.

                              I'm gonna pay and pay dearly this week for being such a lazy for the last 3+ months. Yuck!
