    ~ WHAT THE CHALLENGES FORUM IS ALL ABOUT ~
    You're new and you're looking for some inspiration. Maybe you're looking for some competition or maybe a group of people who all have the same goal within a time frame that you do.

    Challenges in this forum are many and varied. Some are based on weight loss, others are based on changes to behavior. Some might be based on measurements while others are based on being a role model for this lifestyle.

    The challenges offered in this forum vary somewhat from the ones presented in the Exercise Challenges Forum. If a challenge is based on exercise, it should be placed in the Exercise Challenges Forum. If the challenge includes some of the things listed above, ie: changes to behavior and measurements, this is the forum of choice.

    Do you have to wait for a new challenge and jump in at the beginning? Not necessarily. Unless the challenge states implicitly that new Challengers must sign up only at the beginning, you are free to join at any time.

    Motivationally, competitively, or for support, you just can't go wrong when you get involved in a challenge.
