Hey everyone,
Ok I am FREEZING! All the time - it is cold here in the UK in November, like 1oc but the change to how I normally feel at this time of year is crazy! I am wearing right now, thermal leggings, jeans, 2x socks, 1 thermal long-sleeve top, a vest, a cardigan and a thick knitted house coat (giant cardigan horror). The heating in this place is average but I don't put it on until the evening.
In bed I have been wearing more thermal leggings, a vest, a t-shirt, and pyjamas, 2X socks and a dressing gown and sometimes a HAT!! Sometimes an extra duvet too. Lol, so sexy
BF just in normal clothes and pyjamas.
So I'm wondering has anyone else felt this change? Is it because I'm not insultated by fat? I do have a thyroid condition which is part of it - but it is worse than before.
Someone told me that we need to burn carbs for heat, so could it be that?
NB I'd rather be slimmer than warm, obv. but I feel pretty unsexy in all these layers.
