Re: January Squat Challenge--Lift those Saggy Rears!

I feel like I can do marvels with a new year coming up. I'm in for 1000 this month.

Besides, I've got to "Lose my love handles" for that challenge and got to firm up to make that happen.

Re: January Squat Challenge--Lift those Saggy Rears!

                  Hi, Dana, Jessi and Heidi!

To make it easier on your knees, put as much weight as you can on your heels, not your toes. They do seem to strengthen the muscles around your knees and make them better if you keep at it. When I started, my left knee really gave me trouble. Now it gives me very little problems. Don't give up, but don't keep doing something that gives you severe pain--maybe a brace would help at first.

                  Let's have a great year!
