  • BABY STEPS SIGN UP (sheet)

    I have been having some major problems with my computer. I am plannig on making an excell spreadsheet for your workouts but, my puter hates me.

    For now I will ahve you all sign up and I might ask for Emails after I get the Spreadsheet up and running.

    Hopefully all goes well. I wanted something you could look and and say WOW. LOOK I DID THAT!!

    DID EVERYONE get their pictures HOPEFULLY,

    Only 9 more days till start down.

    I expect 12 weeks of committment. I don't expect every day that you will post but, I do expect that you will do what I ask and I PROMISE you WILL see change. If you are only willing to give it half way that's what you will get. 100% gets you results so lets give it our all.

    I will not lie to you. It's not easy but, it doesn't take a lot of time. You will have 1 day off per week, and different things to do. There will be 3 minimum cardio sessions per week consisting of 2 weeks start out for beginners for advanced there will be a minimum of 3 HIIT sessions per week. For any of you who do not know what that is I will explain everything to you when the challenge begins.

    I am going to push you to where you don't want to be. Kinda like bootcamp, I am also going to challenge your body forcing it to change. A lot of the time when our bodies quit changing they need a change. By changing all the time the body has no chance to adapt and thus changes very rapidly. I expect everyone who follows the program 100% will see some amazing results in 3 short month. It's not long to commit and you will be amazing by your before and after pictures.

    Any how. I will be watching you encouraging you and helping you out each and evey day, I am so excited to help all of you achieve your goals, to look the best of your lives.

    I would like to sign up for this but i didn't know we had to take pictures, i am going to watch the inches and how my clothes fit as i do now, if that's okay? If pictures are required to be posted, i won't be able to sign up.

    But i really suck at getting my cardio in like i should and if i DO my cardio i can usually put in an hour alternating between the devil machine and the bike, i work out with a trainer 2x a week so i am not completely seditary but i really need to get my exercise motivation going.

    Please let me know about the pics, thanks.

      I would never want to turn anyone away. The reason Pictures are so awesome is they show everything. Especially in a bathing suit. Totally not necessary. If you are just doing the inches I suggest you take your loss at several sights so that you can see the entire picture. Take inches in these locations.

      Neck
      Chest
      Bellybutton
      Hips
      thighs
      Calves
      Biceps

      That will give you an awesome idea of how well you ahve done.

      If you want results this is a great challenge but, it will test your dedication.

        Do not have access to a camera of any type at the moment but woul like to access the challenge. I have had some car probs today which threw a wrench into my finances and will not be able to get that digi cam i wanted to get.

          Oh great thanks, i already take my inches every 4-6 weeks with my trainer and have clothes that i test the fit with. grins as far as dedication lol i already have none to exercise so with this i really have nothing to lose and everything to gain as long as the exercises don't involved crazy stuff like needing to go someplace other than home and/or the gym, it hopefully will get me motivated to get my butt in gear.

              You can keep the Pictures for yourself or you can post them in the first week of the challenge. I think that would be a good start. Maybe a thread for pics and measurements to start. Then we can go back and see where we were. There will be 2 instances where we will take pics or inche loss. That will be at the beginning of course. Half way 6 weeks and then finally the finally at the end.

              I am sure I will test your dedication and stamina as well as your mind, the results and benefits will be totally worth it.

              ARE YOU READY to make a change???

              Thanks for adding the name for me that makes it so much easier.

                    Im here......dont forget me. Im ready to get my a** kicked right into shape.

                    Ive been taking measurements since the day I started, although a little different then the measurements here, but Im gonna start using those measurements from now on. Im actualy down 3.75 inches since Dec.15th and 18 pounds. Woot Woot!
                    I also took some pics to post for the challenge but dont know where or how or when to do that.

                    I am so excited about this challenge..........can ya tell?

                          Nope this starts on Febuary 1st makes it easier to track for 3 months ACK LOL.

                          The weather here has been horrid I didn't go to work I spent 2 hours defrosting my pipes in my house. I had no hot water now I am good.

                          I will get your first 4 weeks up today.

                          I am excited to see what you all think.

                          Since we will be starting on a Friday. We will go friday to Thursday if that's ok with everyone.

                          Or if you think it would be better we could start on the fllowing Monday. Let me know what you think.

                            Ahh okay, miscounted i was just remember 9 days lol and it just seemed like a long time away. Didn't mean to rush you. Thanks for the update!

                            I think Friday through Thursday is fine, i hate MOnday start things lol i like taking the weekend to get the bad "patches" outta the way if that makes sense. I have enough to worry about on Monday, ya know just waking up and dragging my butt to work.
