I have been having some major problems with my computer. I am plannig on making an excell spreadsheet for your workouts but, my puter hates me.
For now I will ahve you all sign up and I might ask for Emails after I get the Spreadsheet up and running.
Hopefully all goes well. I wanted something you could look and and say WOW. LOOK I DID THAT!!

I expect 12 weeks of committment. I don't expect every day that you will post but, I do expect that you will do what I ask and I PROMISE you WILL see change. If you are only willing to give it half way that's what you will get. 100% gets you results so lets give it our all.
I will not lie to you. It's not easy but, it doesn't take a lot of time. You will have 1 day off per week, and different things to do. There will be 3 minimum cardio sessions per week consisting of 2 weeks start out for beginners for advanced there will be a minimum of 3 HIIT sessions per week. For any of you who do not know what that is I will explain everything to you when the challenge begins.
I am going to push you to where you don't want to be. Kinda like bootcamp, I am also going to challenge your body forcing it to change. A lot of the time when our bodies quit changing they need a change. By changing all the time the body has no chance to adapt and thus changes very rapidly. I expect everyone who follows the program 100% will see some amazing results in 3 short month. It's not long to commit and you will be amazing by your before and after pictures.
Any how. I will be watching you encouraging you and helping you out each and evey day, I am so excited to help all of you achieve your goals, to look the best of your lives.
