  • What's for Breakfast today??

    Okay since i love the What's for Dinner and What's for lunch threads because i get so many ideas from them i have decided to start this thread and will complement it with a What's for a snack today threads, i was hoping the mods would make all 4 of these stickies so they are easy to find and contribute too so newbies and oldbies can browse through when they are stuck or want something different.

    i didn't feel like cooking today, So today for breakfast i MADE: mock danish with 3 eggs, 1 splenda, 1/2 teas cinnamon, and 1 oz cream cheese. I also microed 5 pieces of bacon i had cooked this weekend, and then i was saying okay i need a veggie, and so i said ohhh pumpkin treat!!! 1/2 cup pumkin, 1 splenda, small amount of cinnamon, butter and 1 oz cream cheese.

    BUT i could only eat HALF of each lol so i am taking the rest to work for a snack later this morning.

    I'm having chicken salad with celery and herbal tea. It is what I eat almost every workday for breakfast.

          I had mashed cauliflower with butter as "grits" and 2 eggs fried "over easy" and mashed up in the cauliflower "grits". Yum, Yum!

            I had the other 1/2 pc of horsie hamburger pie and green beans leftover from last night....I swear I keep putting food on my plate and can't finish it! I need to start serving myself smaller servings. LOL obviously something I'm not used to! School was delayed 2 hrs this a.m. so I'm off to deliver my bundles of joy, get a hair cut and buy a new charger for my phone since I lost it somehow! Have my water bottle filled and ready to go!

                I had 3 Turkey & Montery Jack cheese rollups with mayo on each and a sliced cucumber.

                          An unusual breakfast for me as I usually stick to eggs or leftovers. Today I had Nicole's pancakes - which were just too good! Made them with half the cheese, so not too sinful!

                            I am having scambled eggs, shredded chicken and some cheese with shredded zuchinni hashbrowns

                            NOPE, i changed my mind as i didn't want to wash any dishes before i leave, so i took some throwaways plastic containers and made a mock danish, and pumpkin treat and bacon again, 5 minutes total and no clean up!
