    Good morning everyone and good night Chicklady,

    Off to the gym, then to court, then to work, then to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Busy today, but it makesthe day go by quicker.

    Have a great day today everyone

    What I know:
    1-Atkins WOE/WOL plan works
    2-I need to always work on the behaviors and triggers that make me over eat.
    3-Atkins WOL is part of the puzzle, but is not the entire thing.
    4-Self-deprecation only feeds our inner ego and not in a good way.

    Apparently Bluebelt and I posted a roll call at the same time this morning. lol So I'll repost what I wrote here and just disregard the other roll call thread.

    Good Morning CC'ers!

    I can't believe it's already Wednesday. This week is going by super fast. I watched the biggest loser last night and it was GREAT! I still don't see how they lose so freakin' fast though. Good gosh, that one guy lost 50 pounds in 4 weeks! Crazy! Anybody else watching it? One of the trainer tips last night was how important it is to eat breakfast in the morning to get your metabolism going and set the tone for your day. This is something I constantly have to remind myself to do. I've gone for so long without breakfast I honestly forget to grab something in the mornings.

    Well, I hope everyone has wonderful, low-carb Wednesday!

            Liz, I watched the Biggest Loser. That's such a great show. They're all LOSERS! Just like us. Great Job Everyone. Keep it up!

              Good morning everyone,

              Another cold, brisk day here and sadly enough I'm at work. Liz, I watch the biggest loser every week. The only problem is that I miss part of it everyweek, because on Tuesdays the kids go to bed at 8:30 (My 4 year old has preschool on M-W-F in the mornings). I actually missed what happened last night because I fell asleep while laying down with the boys. Who got kicked off? Was it the yellow team, I saw up to the point where they were voted for towards the bigging of the show and that was it.

              Well everyone, have a great day!

                I too watch the Biggest Loser, It was the Pink team Bette Sue and her Daghter that got voted off last night.

                  Good Morning Everyone!
                  I dont watch the Biggest Loser simply because that amount weightloss that fast seems unsafe to me and it can discourage me that I am not losing weight as quickly, but I do watch How To Look Good Naked and I love that show.

                    Morning folks.

                    Feeling a little crave-y and bleh today, dunno why, but I'm here and doing fine.

                    As for Biggest Loser, the Pink team got let go, a couple of people threw the weigh in to make sure Yellow would win, but the prize for being biggest loser of the week was immunity, which the black team got, so next choice was Pink.

                    The daughter looked great in here 'after' interview, the mom probably lost another 5 lbs.

                            Greetings everyone:

                            I just started Atkins yesterday and I was told to wander my way down to this forum seeing as I have a goodly amount of poundange to shed. So I'm checking in.

                            Today is a blah day for me. I have a headache from giving up caffiene, which is a HUGE step for me, considering I could down a 2-liter of Diet Coke on a not so thirsty day. I'm hoping the withdrawal passes soon.

                            Despite all that, I'm quite excited about the changes I'm making. Whow hamburger without the bun could taste so good? You actually taste the hamburger without all that bread in the way.

                            God bless the ADBB, I'm off to drink more water.
