    AS PROMISED, I'M GETTING THIS STARTED FOR LADY HAWKE
    she will return in about 2 weeks or so.


    This is a MILEAGE CHALLENGE


    If you walk, run, bike or add up mileage in any way

    (besides driving your car, that will not count )

    then come be a part of the

                I'm going to set my bar higher this month and say 100 miles for February. My first full month of going to the gym.

                  Im going to set mine for 100 miles this month...as I will be doing a lot on the treadmill instead of the bike...Im not really sure what to set it at? But we'll go for 100. (:

                            SW 262, CW 248, GW 165

                            1st Goal - 235lbs
                            2nd Goal - 220lbs
                            3rd Goal - 205lbs
                            4th Goal - 190lbs
                            5th Goal - 175lbs
                            Ultimate Goal - 165lbs
