  • February Squat Challenge

    Doesn't look like Looseshoes started this thread for this month, so I thought I would start it, for all of you who want to participate in this challenge. You know the drill, tell me how many squats you'll committ to for the month. I will keep a list going, so you can see where you stand. I will be leaving on a cruise on the 27th of this month, so it's for 26 days, I committ to 2500 squats. And I've already done Feb/1 - 100/2500

              ps...my sister taught me a new way to do squats & I love it...I hold onto both sides of a door handle, & lean back into the squat...I find that it feels like it works my butt & thighs more, and works my knees less, and keeps my back straight. (:
