  • Percentages??What percentages??

    Hi there, I'd liek to know where the rules for percentages came from - I can't find it in the Atkins book anywhere?? Is it something we really have to stick to?? Also then if it is - whats more important, reaching your minimum calories for the day,or getting the right percentage ratio??? I personally hope the percentages done matter - cause its hellava time cinsuming to calculate

    Have you read the book?? You want to make sure that you're eating your meat and that you get most of your 20g of carbs from veggies, if you do this then the ratios/percentages will fall in line.

    Have you ever tried fitday.com??? Its a great took that shows you how much fat/protein/carbs youve eaten.
