Hey, thanks for the response. I was looking at that recipe on the atkins site. It sounds good, but net 5 carbs per serving is a bit high for chicken. I'm hoping to keep it at around 1.. or better yet... 0.
I just have no idea how to cook wings.

Buy some Franks RedHot suace. Look at their website http://www.franksredhot.com/recipe-c...?recipeID=5433
Basically use ANY cayenne pepper sauce make sure it doesn't have sugar but I don't think any of them do. (cayenne pepper, vinegar, garlic, salt) Mix it with butter and slather it on.. but here's the "official" recipe from the web.
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 12 minutes
Ingredients:
2 1/2 pounds chicken wing pieces
1/2 cup Frank's® RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
1/3 cup melted butter
Directions:
1. Deep-fry wings in hot oil (400ºF) for 12 minutes until fully cooked and crispy; drain.
2. Combine Frank`s RedHot Sauce and butter. Dip wings in sauce to coat.
3. Serve wings with celery and blue cheese dressing, if desired.
Makes 8 appetizer servings
Tip: for equally crispy wings, bake wings 1 hour in preheat oven at 425ºF, or grill 30 minutes over medium heat.
Tex-Mex: 1 tbsp. chili powder; 1/4 tsp. garlic powder.
Asian: 2 tbsp. teriyaki sauce, 2 tsp. ground ginger.
Not sure on the carb counts on blue cheese dressing and celery but I skip that part.
According to fitday.com 15 pieces of "chicken wing with hot pepper sauce" amount to 0.78g of carbs. ... so chow down!"You've got to be very careful if you don't know where you're going, because you might not get there."-- Yogi Berra
