wonderful Lynne -- 2 more pounds that won't be following you around anymore!! Keep up the great work!
    My name is Carole
    I am a human being
I'm going to take it 1 hour at a time, 3 meals a day, 1 day after another.
I've quit stressing over the finish line so I can do better from the start to the finish.

Well I'm moving up a rung to more veggies and today I am going to try eggplant that I found at Trader Joe's. I don't even like eggplant but they had tastes, and I tasted and liked.
    I need picnic ideas

Well, its been really busy, and tomorrow I have a dental appointment in the morning and a eye appointment in the afternoon. Just got my stuff to the tax man. We have to pay this year so I really procrastinated..With all we lost in the market, I shouldn't have to pay a cent, but we do. Over and over again. GRRRRRRR.
    Scales still haven't moved.

What a year, I was called back off retirement and sent to Twentynine Palms Ca to work in the heat of summer. It was so hot there, getting out to exercise proved to be a problem, so I sat and gained. LOL
Came back and my friend lost 82 pounds using Metrolife? OMG she looks like a bag of wrinkles but I am so proud of her. I don't think I could eat like that and don't think its healthy.
Anyway, I'm back on track and lost a couple pounds over the holidays so I must be doing something right.
Glad to be home where I belong

Mary Ann, come play with me. How are you doing on your new plan.

Let me see, I am on my 5th glass of water (Check one)
Breakfast quiche. I had some swiss cheese, 4 eggs, cream, onions and green peppers and it made a decent quiche.
Cauliflower bisque, (Thanks to Lindas site) for dinner.

I'm soryy that I haven't posted. I've been working 12 hour shifts and babysitting my grandson. Well, I wasn't able to stay on plan, but I started the lose 10 in 10 program I told you about and lost 3 lbs. in the first week. I'm hoping that if I do it this way, it will stay off. I'm here to cheer you on though, so stay in touch. I'm going to have to bookmark this thread, I keep losing it.
