one of my favorite side dishes is sauted string beans w/mushrooms and a little bit of butter.Quick and easy and you can eat w/just about anything.


i use a 1/2 cup of string beans
unsalted out of the can,its easier
1 whole small mushroom cut into small slices
1 small piece of land o lakes unsalted butter
a few sprinkles of garlic salt(if you dont like garlic use sea salt and pepper)
saute for a few mins.until its how you like it.
and your done.
