| Hey Nicole, I do this but I add a touch of chilipowder and cumin, not alot, but boy is it ever good!! Not hot and spicy, just really flavorful!! Cabbage is good! |

| Yummy Scooter!!! I love cabbage too And Sandy, how do you prepare it in the crockpot??? I love the crockpot, but I only know how to make 2 or 3 things in it...lmao!!!

All I do is cut it up in smaller pieces and put some water in the bottom...not a lot..but enough to make it steam. Today I put Sausage links on top of it. Hubby ate it so that is a good sign |

| Sounds wonderful! Thanks. I sometimes cook cabbage by shredding and boiling it for a few mins (the crinkly kind...Savoy, I think). In a separate pan toss some chopped leek in olive oil (don't stint on the oil). When it's soft, add the drained cabbage and toss again. Correct seasoning. I like lots of black pepper. Cook a few mins like that and just before serving add in a cheese slice or two.

| I had this last night. Yummy! I'll definitely be eating more cabbage. It had a lot more flavor than boiling it which is what I always used to do. Tonight I'm going to try roasting asparagus. |
