~~Sweet-and-Sour Cabbage~~ | 3 slices bacon/ 4 cups shredded cabbage/ 2 tbls. cider vinegar/ 2 tsp. Splenda/ 1.) In a heavy skillet, cook the bacon crisp. Remove bacon and set aside. 2.) Add the cabbage to bacon grease, and saute it until tender-crisp. 3.) Stir in the vinegar and Splenda, crumble bacon, and serve. Yield; 4 servings, each with 4 grams of carbohydrates and 2 grams of fiber, for a total of 2 grams of usable carbs and 2 grams of protein, | | |
