| I've seen this recipe but since it's not Induction friendly I was going to try the Jicama "Apples" from the same site. Have you tried that one? |

| I haven't tried it with jicama, but know people who have and like it. The only difference is that I think the chyote softens up more, while the jicama stays more firm. |

| I tried the jicama apples and I just did not see the appeal. I love jicama raw and I think I may have to eat them that way. My girl did not eat hers either, it just did not taste like apples to us. But again, I may have done something wrong in the process, but for now I would rather just eat a piece of the jicama raw. Sorry

| hmm i was just thinking that jicama might be really good with this! i do love it raw though, so we'll see how it turns out. |
