easy squash side dish | | | I was in a hurry and didn't know what to toss in the oven as a side dish so I sliced up a yellow summer squash that was starting to look a bit worn, topped it with a couple tablespoons of cream, and a healthy dose of fresh grated parmesan. Baked in in a Pam sprayed dish for 30 mins and it was delicious! Better than I would have expected. Give this a try--it was so easy! | |
