 Dill Cucumber Salad
| Dill Cucumber salad
3 medium cucumbers,COLD, right out of the fridge, peeled if waxed, and thinly sliced (a mandoline makes this faster and easier)
1/4 cup of sour cream
1 T apple cider vinegar
2 T fresh dill
Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Serve immediately. | |
