Default A green bean dish that I must share!

I came up with this last night and it was soooo good!
I don't think green beans are on the list for induction, but they only have 4 carbs per 1/2 cup, and for goodness sakes, peas have more carbs and they are on the list. Either way, I think it's super good.

In a large skillet or saucepan add:
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 to 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (more or less depending on taste)
I also added a little garlic salt, and a splash of worchestershire sauce.
Heat until cheese is melted.
Add 2 cans of cut green beans (strained)
1/4c fried onion bits.
Stir, and voila!
Should serve 4. (2 servings of green beans per can)

The fried onion bits have 3 carbs per 2 tablespoons, but it's less per serving.

Green beans are allowed on induction. I believe the book calls them string beans.

That is correct firegem. Snow peas are also allowed during Induction. Regular green peas are on the starchy veggie list & aren't allowed until the appropriate rung. I believe it is rung 8. Also fried onion bits are not on the Induction list of veggies.
