| THis sounds excellent! I can't wait to try it. I'm somewhat confused though - why the different counts for the carbs? Which do you go by?

| Well, the pumpkin has 9 carbs, but 2 grams of fiber, so it only has 7g net carbs. The Splenda has 2 carbs, so you'd count your total as 9 carbs. Pumpkin: 9g carbs-2g fiber=7g carbs Splenda= 2g carbs
