| Oh, Barbde that's horrible I had that when I was 19 caused by stress LOL. It was horrid I sure hope it gets better soon cause it's absolutely no fun. Take care of yourself.

| Nothing for me as of yet. I was down most of the day with a headache. (Sure wasn't much fun since I can't take my Excedrine anymore :sadblinky ) I'm finally feeling better though. Thinking about goin swimming later this evening when the sun isn't so bright. Have to wait and see though. |

| bike: 3.8 miles 20 minutes 224 calories crunches: 1 set of 45 and then threw the rest in as much as my body could take did 90 total pushups: 2 sets of 13 each p/b raises: 100

| Finally back on the band wagon. Started exercising again last night after the long terrible cold. Walked/ran 2 miles 45 minutes. |
