| cardio + abs for me this morning, jimmie! btw, i am leaving for the beach for a week today. i do plan to continue with my exercsie regimen, but i will not be checking in here daily. perhaps mid-week i'll post. just fyi... in which case, i'll post all activity (or not) in the latest thread. see ya! |
