| I think I'm posting this wrong--I usually work out early a.m. and post in the evening (try) need to be more focused in my posts.. 4:30 A.M and I rode the real bike!! went to the public library and back! close to 10 miles altogether! never dared dream to be doing this again! thank you all!!! for your inspiration and keeping me motivated!

LOL let me see, maybe i explained it wrong or weirdly. lets say you bike on wednesday july 23 but you don't get to the computer till friday. you should go to the wednesday july 23 thread and post your biking. no matter when you post to the thread, i'll see the updates via email. if somebody posts to the thread 6 months from now, i'll get an update. did that explain it right?

| for the first time in over 2 months, i've rode my bike for 20 minutes straight. yippee! that's 4 miles for me.
