| I know I won't qualify for the inches/pounds lost award, but can I still sign up? This challenge has really kept me exercising and I really need something to remind me and keep me accountable to exercise. If I can sign up...I'll aim for 4 days/week. Thanks jimmie for encouraging me to stick with exercising. |

no problem, jen. i think it's important for you to stay active. you don't have to run marathons but as long as the doctor gives you the go ahead, taking walks and stretching is a very good thing.
