The #46 6WEC will begin on Sunday, August 10 and runs through Saturday, September 20

Sign up!
1. Tell us how many days a week you plan to exercise.
2. Make a note of your beginning measurements. You do not have to post them here if you aren't comfortable doing that. Just be sure to write them down someplace safe to compare with your measurements at the end of the challenge. Click here for a picture that shows you where to measure. The following stats are the only ones that will be considered for the ribbon awards.

-Under arms, around chest
-Fullest part of chest
-Ribcage
-Waist
-Hips
-Upper arm x 2
-Thigh x 2
-Weight

Don't forget to check in!
1. Look for the thread each day in this forum. It will be titled something like "6WEC#46, Week 1, Day 1, Sunday, August 10"
2. Tell us whether you exercised, took a rest day or a sick day.

Win something!
1. The 3 Challengers who lose the most will earn a ribbon. Winners are determined first by inches and then by pounds.
2. Those who complete all 6 weeks of the challenge without getting slugged will earn a slug free button. Sick days do not count as slugs.

I would like to participate. I don't have much to lose and I am sure that
the lbs will come off slowly. I need the motivation to exercise. I can

The current six-week challenge is great to keep me moving. I will definitely get into the next one. I will plan on six days a week of exercise. For me this has worked well.
