| so far i've mowed for 30 minutes, raked clumps of grass for 10 minutes. biking is next and some stab. ball work

| Today did 350 Jumping Jacks with dancing and stretching intervals for 10 minutes. Jogged/danced/jumped intervals for 20 minutes. For a total of 30 minutes High/Low Impact cardio workout ![]() For toning today did a total of 30 minutes of upper body sculpting. Arms, chest, stomach. I'm on up to 8lbs dumbbells each hand now. Of course all of this in company with great heart pounding high beat Music! ![]() ![]() |
